Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on sistou.com or on WhatsApp.
Seller

Orders
You order on the site or on WhatsApp. After you order, we call you to confirm it: your order is final once confirmed by phone. If we can't reach you, or an item is no longer available, we may cancel the order at no cost to you.
Prices
Prices are in Tunisian dinars (DT), all taxes included. Delivery is added to the total and shown before you confirm your order. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
Payment
You pay in cash to the courier when you receive your parcel.
Delivery
We deliver all over Tunisia: in 24 to 48 hours in Greater Tunis, 2 to 4 working days elsewhere. Check your parcel when it arrives, in front of the courier.
Exchanges and returns
For hygiene reasons, lingerie can't be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged item or one that differs from your order, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo: we'll replace it or refund you.
Personal data
Your details are used only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. They are never sold. The site uses measurement tools (Meta, Google) to understand its traffic and how well its ads work. To see or delete your data, message us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. If there's a disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution.
